Engineering NoomVibe

We view the NoomVibe app as a system of minds, all relating and interrelating to one another in complex ways. Creativity springs not from any one mind, but from tens of thousands of minds bouncing off each other. Leveraging advanced algorithms and the latest AI, we work to engineer the serendipity of the bounces to unite diverse peoples into experiencing a feeling that aligns with their life’s purpose. We aim for liberation from isolation and the end of loneliness.

NoomVibe is built from the ground up on an algorithm-friendly design. Success for an app relies largely on how well the right piece of content can be surfaced to the right member at the right time to keep them interested. TikTok is a master at this. At NoomVibe, we took their learnings to heart.

We are always trying to show the right piece of content to the right community member at the right time. We believe our swipe-style mechanic is superior to feeds of content, as our algorithms are able to learn more efficiently and accurately based on the explicit signals from each member.

We care deeply about improving our tech and getting better and better at applying the state-of-the-art in machine learning, not because we are interested in technology per se, but because we believe in the promise of technology to make us more human, to link poetry with processors, to create an automated way to not only tap into the wisdom of humanity but to shape that wisdom.
